Introduction of PE Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe

HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe, referred to as PE double-wall corrugated pipe, is a new type of pipe with a ring-like structure of the outer wall and smooth inner wall. It is made of HDPE resin as the main raw material, using extrusion moulding technology to make a new type of plastic pipe with smooth inner wall, trapezoidal or curved corrugated outer wall, and hollow between inner and outer wall corrugations.

The outer wall of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe has an annular corrugated structure, which enhances the resistance of the pipe to soil load. Secondly, HDPE double wall corrugated pipe is extruded from HDPE high density resin, so it has better resistance to external pressure.

Under the condition of equal load, HDPE double wall corrugated pipe only needs thinner wall to meet the requirements, so the cost of HDPE double wall corrugated pipe is lower.
