GKBM Quality Control

1.Our company uses German Henkel pre-treatment solution and chromium free passivation technology to improve the adhesion of the powder;
2.Quality inspectors conduct daily day and night shifts every 2 hours to test the pH value, conductivity, free acid, aluminum ions, film weight, and etching amount of the treatment solution, ensuring the concentration of the treatment solution;
3.The spraying adopts Swiss Jinma spray gun to ensure that the surface of electrostatic powder spraying profiles is uniform and of excellent surface quality;
4.The fully automatic powder cleaning system and strict powder cleaning standards ensure that the surface of the profile does not mix colors.
